GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS

The daily prices per apartment / per day includes following services:
• VAT.
• Electricity, warm and cold water.
• Use of clooth washer,dishwasher,internet w-lan…
• Bed-sheets with weekly change (bed just prepared), without towels.
• Minimal sojourn 7 days from 21.06.-06.09. (Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays)
• Sojourn tax and registration are not included in price.

Apartment must be left in order and extra clean, expecialy the all kitchen(cooker ,oven..) and dishes, which have to be cleaned by the client and left in perfect order, in opossite it must be pay 25 euro.

Use of air-conditioner or central heating on payment 5 Eur/day

Sojourn tax- provisional prices per day and person:
from 01.11. to 28.02. € 0,70
from 01.03. to 31.05. and from 01.10. to 31.10. € 0,80
from 01.06. to 30.09. € 1,00
Registration € 2,70 for person for the all period of stay

1.Booking
The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the reception of “confirmed form” which will be sent by owner after having received the deposit.

2.Payment
30 % of the total renting amount has to be paid as deposit, non refundable, by bank receipt in period of 7 days. The settlement of the rest of payment till the total amount must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. When the guest arrive we take a deposit of 100 euro, after checking the apartment on departure, we refund the deposit. Payment shall be accepted only in cash, in euro too.

3.Arrival
The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 4 PM and 10 PM. In case of delay the guest must advise in time the owner. On the arrival, personal documents of each guest must be shown for registration.

4.Renting conditions
It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons then allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Children are considered as adults. Pets can be brought only if allowed by owner. The use of stoves or electric heaters is forbidden. All guests are obliged to respect the house regulations with particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet especially during the afternoon and nighttime.

5.Equipment of apartments
All the apartments are completely furnished and equipped with electric stoves, set of kitchen ware (pots, dishes, glasses, kitchenware) running cold and warm water, fridge and 220 volt plugs. A blanket and pillow, bed linen is available for each bed. The guests are kindly asked to bring bath towels.

6.Departure
The apartment has to be left free within 10 AM in the morning of the departure date. The apartment must be left clean, free from garbage with the kitchenware washed, the refrigerator empty and the kitchen in perfect order. The guest should take the maximum care of the apartment and of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.) Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid. After checking the apartment on departure, we refund the deposit of 100 euro. Is not possible to change a reservation. In none case, we do not refund money for the anticipative departure or deposit of reservation.

 Additional bed is possible too, with the supplement.

 Prices started in this list must not be relied upon the claims. Payement is to the current foreign currency exchange rate. In the case of a larger monetary oscillation, we reserves the right to change the prices.
